A final plat for Chesterfield Heights, subdividing 22.16 acres into thirty-three (33) single-family lots will be reviewed. The property is located north of NW 78th A venue and approximately 1,350 feet west of NW 10oth Street.
A site plan and preliminary plat for the construction of seven, 24-unit multi-family apartment buildings on Lots 1 and 2 of Adam Ridge Plat 3 will also be reviewed. The property is located south of NW 62nd Avenue between NW 103rd Street and NW 106th Street
