Premier Lending Alliance will be constructing a 9,342 square foot Credit Union on Lot 6 in Windsor Office Park north of Thomas Avenue. The Johnston City Council approved the site plan for the project at their meeting on May 16, 2016. The Council also approved an amendment to the Windsor Office Park PUD to accept use of stone in lieu of brick toward satisfaction of the architectural requirements for the building.
