The City of Johnston is moving forward with plans to construct a new roundabout in NW Johnston in 2014. The proposed road improvements are associated with pending road construction in the area by the City of Grimes, and the need to prepare for future traffic associated with the new Johnston High School facility. No formal action has yet been taken, but the issue is expected to be advanced in the coming weeks.
