Hubbell Realty Company is proposing to subdivide 28.28 acres into 47 single family lots and two outlots. The property is located east of 100th Street and north of Valley Parkway. The subject property is zoned within the Crosshaven Planned Unit Development (PUD).
The Preliminary Plat for the subdivision was approved by the City Council in December of 2008. An amended Preliminary Plat adjusting lot lines and street configurations was approved on May 5, 2014. Construction Plans for Plat 6 were approved by the City Council on April 6, 2015.
